At 500mg/wk test my first Tren run of 50mg Tren-A ED gave me sides on week 3, insomnia and sleep deprivation based anxiety. At 250mg/wk Test-E with 50mg Tren-A / day I have less sides (just hit middle of week 3). Estrogen balance is better this time around, and I hit the Tren first thing in the AM so my blood levels have finished peaking by bedtime. I also take a melatonin and a Unisom an hour before bed. Diet, if I recal, made a difference - one night I ate an entire pizza and box of breadsticks and the salt / bloat made my BP shoot through the roof. So for me it's not just the dose size of Tren, but also a bunch of ancillary factors I like to keep in check for a smoother ride.
