After I have been emailing them for some time forth and back that I have not received my parcel, they wrote "you should have received it by now" showing that they have not followed discussion at all. I asked to send me proof of postage which they did not for long time and after I insisted they replied "we will send it to you within the next 48 hours" and repeated endlessly same answer until finally I got it. They also promised to put a claim on my behalf at the local sorting post office and updated me on the outcome, but I have not heard from them since (and it has been 2 months now). They are sending parcels by Royal Mail 1st class without tracking number available, apparently due to "security issues". The number of people who published post here not to received their parcels is substantially higher than Royal Mail statistics and I do not believe that this is a pure coincidence. I learned that they sent free samples to loyal customers which would be at least nice gesture of apology but again this would be beyond their professionalism.
